MEMBERSHIP SUPPORTING OVER 1,000 FAMILIES

SAMM supports anyone bereaved by murder and manslaughter and there is no membership fee.  Full members of samm are those who have completed a membership registration form and returned it to the office, their names are then added to the national register and they will receive regular newsletters and correspondence as well as telephone support and local group support.

Only full members can become volunteers, be elected to the National Executive Committee, vote in an election or any resolutions put forward.

Bereaved families who names are not on the national register can still avail of SAMM's service through the telephone support-line or by attending local group meetings.

SAMM have no membership fee;  we are supported by the Home Office, charitable trusts, individuals, business and industrial donations and by members fundraising activities. 

Please note our data base of members is absolutely confidential and will not be revealed to anyone.
